Like many others I found the sound quality and comfort level of this headset to be excellent. Unfortunately I also had the same problem with the thin plastic piece that attaches the muffs to the headband breaking. Being someone who makes plastic parts for a living, I find it inexcusable that they didn't spend the 1.5 (if that) extra cents it would have cost to make that area strong enough.Get more detail about Tritton Universal Gaming Headset.
