This headset is a solid product. However, it leaves much to be desired in a product. While this is a step up from the plastic microphone MicroSoft gives you with the 360, it isn't nearly as good as PC products that cost half the price. The sound is ok, but it isn't really any better than my 3 year old Sharp LCDs TV speakers in terms of directionality. Also, the microphone has a lot of bass on your voice and makes you sound almost unrecognizable. I would use caution in spending $60 on a wired headset with mediocre performance. I have returned mine. If this headset was $35, it would be worth it.
