Once you start playing the game you know why it is a platinum hit and let to the making of Assassin's creed 2. I actually played the second game before buying this one. Although the game lacks any form of multiplayer capability, which lets down on group entertainment, it is still excellent for those looking at serious single player gaming. This game is all about getting involved with the character and following the story and historic timeline. However, one can say that the game is showing its age and there are better graphics and improved gameplay in the second game. There is also not much significant link between the first and the second game, so if you just play the second game you don't lose on anything. That is the main purpose why I bought this game. Unfortunately however, the disc was corrupt and the game is stuck midway in the storyline, because the game was used, even though i bought a 'like-new' condition from amazon. It was disappointing, but since I didn't pay too much for it, i'm not really all that bothered.Get more detail about Assassin's Creed.
