I bought this so I could easily transfer my gamertag to a friend's place so I could get achievements while playing co-op with him (I'm cheap and I don't always want to buy a game to play over Live). I just found out though (granted, a while after I bought it) that Microsoft has enabled support for USB flash drives in the USB ports on the front of the Xbox (up to 16gb) and given that I have dozens (seriously) of 1Gb flash drives lying around doing nothing I could have saved a Jackson or so and gotten twice as much storage for free.
Granted, mine did come with a copy of Worms on it, but I'm not a huge Worms fan so it was kind of a pointless bonus for me.Get more detail about Xbox 360 Memory Unit 512MB.
