I must state that I am not what I would consider an avid gamer. I have never left a review for a game but feel that I must warn people before they purchase this product. I do play frequently but I typically limit myself to sports games and only do 52 game seasons in baseball. Initially I was impressed by this game, I'm a fan of the menu format and the graphics are on par with other 360 sports games. HOWEVER, 5 games into the season I started experiencing all of the glitches that other gamers warn about on blogs as well as this review page. Right off the bat (forgive me, I couldn't help it) when you attempt to turn double plays or just throw routine ground balls to first base, your first baseman will inevitably take his foot off of the bag for no apparent reason allowing a runner to be on first. Fly balls are also a problem from time to time when your outfielder will stand in the middle of the yellow circle indicating correct positioning but inevitably will let the ball go over his head for a double. Balls get stuck in corners for inside the park homeruns, the list goes on and on. Either buy this game for less than ten dollars or invest in a PS3 and get The Show.Get more detail about Major League Baseball 2K9.
